The four numbers that tell you the harm caused by air pollution and THIS can be related to you.

In 2016, the World Bank published “The cost of Pollution”, which counted the harm caused by air pollution to humans, and came up with four frightening figures, highlighting the seriousness of air pollution.

The first number: 92%

92% of the world’s population lives in areas where the air quality is lower than the safety standards stipulated by the World Health Organization, and more than 6.4 billion people are exposed to air pollution.

Second number: 225 billion US dollars

The annual global economic losses caused by air pollution have reached an average of 225 billion U.S. dollars, indirectly affecting the rest of the world.

The third number: 94%

94% of the people who died of air pollution occurred in developing countries such as China, India, and Africa. Especially in low- and middle-income countries, the situation is most serious.

Fourth number: 6.5 million

Each year, approximately 6.5 million people globally die from air pollution, which exceeds the total number of deaths due to AIDS, pneumonia, and road traffic. It is already beyond the high blood pressure, diet risk, smoking, and is the fourth killer endangering human life.

# Each year, millions of people who die from air pollution may also include you or your family!

>>>>Did you know?<<<<

During the entire human life, an average of more than 75kg of dust can be inhaled, especially in modern society because of air pollution.

The lungs and respiratory tracts in the human body are the parts that directly contact the pollutants in the air. Although the lungs are in the human body, in fact, the alveolar cell surface of the lungs is directly exposed to contaminated air. These air pollutants may cause inflammation of the lung cells.

Fortunately, people’s lungs have a self-cleaning function. They will contaminate contaminants with mucus and form phlegm, which is then excreted by coughing and other methods to keep the lungs clean. However, there is a limit to the self-cleaning function of the lungs.

If the lungs continue to accumulate these contaminants, and the self-cleaning function is too late to expel it, it may cause lesions such as pneumonia and bronchitis. If the situation does not improve, the lungs cannot be cleaned, then the condition may even develop into a serious disease such as pulmonary embolism, asthma, lung cancer.

We cannot directly improve polluted air, but we can enhance our own lung self-cleaning function to maintain our health. This is a habit that everyone has to maintain in an air polluted environment.

Now, I’m going to tell you a simple and convenient way to clean up the lungs, that is – take [Lignosus rhinocerus

Lignosus rhinocerus or well known as Tiger Milk Mushroom, is a natural lung-cleaning remedy from Malaysia! Hundreds of years ago, the pharmacopoeia had already recorded the efficacy of the tiger milk mushroom on strengthening and protecting the lungs. Clinical trials have found that tiger milk mushroom has an anti-inflammatory effect and can effectively repair inflamed lung cells to strengthen lung function, allowing you to cough efficiently and expel the pollutants from the lungs and respiratory tracts through the sputum.

# How to help you “clear the lungs” with tiger milk mushroom – cough + repair

First of all, we need to clarify the idea that coughing is a way for the body to remove dirty things from the lungs.

Tiger milk mushroom helps you clean up impurities from the lungs through coughing. In addition to expelling the impurities from the lungs, tiger milk mushroom also repairs the inflamed and damaged cells of the lungs. This process will optimize oxygen absorption which accelerates the new metabolism of cells, and the function of the lungs will be enhanced to achieve the effect of “invigorating the lungs and strengthening the body”.

If you have been exposed to air-contaminated environment for a long time, the first time you take tiger milk mushroom may cause you to cough! However, please be assured that this is a good indication that tiger milk mushroom is working to help remove impurities from your lungs.

#Please note!

Even if your lungs have been cleaned up, the day-to-day preventive work is very important because we always live in an air-polluted environment. This is something that we cannot change. But we can accustom ourselves to regular lung health care by taking tiger milk mushroom. Tiger milk mushroom can be taken daily and is proven to not cause any long term side effects or dependency, so it is the best lung health care product! You just need to take it regularly!

Prevention is better than cure. Keeping the lungs clean can prevent various lung diseases caused by air pollution.
