Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 7 day returns policy; this means that returns are only possible up to 7 days after purchase. If the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of purchase, we will refund or exchange the same or different products with the same value of money depending on the customer's request.
TIGERUS reserves the right to decide for the item sold out is non-refundable or exchangeable.
Please note that if the items returned are out of stock, you
may exchange other items which have the same value of money.
Original condition of item means the items must be as new in
the condition it was sent out to you in and must include its original labels,
swing tags, etc or any packages as supplied by the manufacturer.
So please check the items before you remove the labels.
No exchange will be made for product that does not fit or
not deemed defective. We shall not be responsible for the damage caused during
shipping. We take care to ensure all products are checked and packed before
they are shipped. However, if you have received a defective product:
Defects have to be notified to us via your invoice order
within 7 days from date of item mailed
Instructions will be given as to how to proceed with the
return. Please note that the returned item has to reach us within 5 maximum
days after instruction email is sent.
Returned item must be brand new/in the original state,
otherwise an exchange will be ignored and returned item will be sent back
within 3 working days. Customers shall have to incur the shipping costs. We are
not liable for any lost mails in the exchange process.
